Khaliya Financial Services (Khaliya Finance) is a division of Khaliya Africa (Private) Limited, Zimbabwe. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with applicable Zimbabwean data protection laws. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and location when you contact us.
- Enquiry and application details: the product or service you are interested in and information you choose to share, which may include your employer, income and supporting documents such as an ID copy or payslips.
- Messages: the content of your WhatsApp, call, email and Facebook communications with us.
Our website does not currently use advertising cookies or tracking tools. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs for security and performance.

- To meet legal and regulatory obligations and protect against fraud
Who we share it with
With your agreement, we share the information needed to process your request with licensed partner institutions that assess or provide financing. We may also share information with service providers who support our operations, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.

When you contact us through WhatsApp or Facebook, those platforms process your messages under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including limiting access to authorised staff. Please avoid sending sensitive documents through channels you do not trust, and tell us if you suspect any misuse.
